Wheeling, IL based Precision Zone, Inc. provides electronic and mechanical repairs, exchanges and sales of industrial numeric controls, robotic, automation, motion control products and tooling. We support CNC, Robotics, Motion Tools, Automation, fabrication and many related industries. Employing a culturally diverse staff of about 50 professionals, Precision Zone occupies a 72,000 sq. ft. modern industrial facility that includes business offices, repair labs, R&D center, motor repair department with dedicated ovens and paint station, warehouses and loading docks. Our employees enjoy a nice large cafeteria, a fully equipped gym and a recreation room. Our product range includes AC & DC Drives, AC & DC Motors, CNC Controls, Feedback devices, Printed Circuit Boards, Power Supplies, Operating Panels, PLCs, HMI, Monitors, LCD Retrofits, a wide assortment of semiconductor parts and equipment accessories.

Great customer service and company. I had a Turret Drive go dead on my CNC. I sent it in for repair and was told it was not repairable. They worked on trying to source parts to get the drive back up and running. It is Dec 2023 and my Drive is from 1997. Well, they were able to find parts to fix the drive. I installed the drive and my machine is now back up and running. I will definitely use Precision Zone in the future.

After a conversation with Kevin, he suggested sending them the DC power supply which they found was faulty and they fixed. Machine is working fine and I could not be happier with the service.

Not only did they fix my Y Axis servo Module and tool changer encoder at a very affordable price but did it very fast. I pulled the parts I knew were faulty; mailed them out to Precision Zone and they were repaired quickly and returned to me so I could get back to business. They where very timely with a repair estimate. The next week it was back in my shop (Thank you Edward), carefully sealed and packaged (Kudos Pat). Wired back into the HAAS and fired right up. Had to share this. I call about an item, they check it out for me with a pronpt returned call(first good impression). I go to order the part online after the clarifications and realize i was asking for the wrong size to begin with, my fault entirely, so i order the correct item. I immediatly get a call from them wanting to make sure i got the right part, instead of the one i asked about. Wow, talk about buying with confidence. This group is on top of it no joke. That and im buying a hard to find well made german product so it makes sense the service is on par with the product. Very impressed.

(Zund L-2500) I'm able to keep these machines running now with their help since the manufacturers don't offer support for the older machines.
