Great customer service and company. I had a Turret Drive go dead on my CNC. I sent it in for repair and was told it was not repairable. They worked on trying to source parts to get the drive back up and running. It is Dec 2023 and my Drive is from 1997. Well, they were able to find parts to fix the drive. I installed the drive and my machine is now back up and running. I will definitely use Precision Zone in the future.

I go to order the part online after the clarifications and realize i was asking for the wrong size to begin with, my fault entirely, so i order the correct item.
