Therefore restoring a precise fit for the bearing is very important. With the help of CNC machining and our trained motor repair technicians we guarantee the exact bearing fit every time.

Broken or damaged shafts, worn keyways, worn bearing journals can all be repaired. For repair of motor shafts Precision Zone uses expert welding to restore the shaft’s strength. Then with lathes and mills our machinists bring the motor shaft back to the original tolerance specifications. Any other shaft modifications are made such as cutting keyways, threading, drilling. We specialize in welding of servo motor rotors and use the proper techniques to be sure magnets are not damaged during repair. If the rotor is not repairable in many cases a new one can be made.
